Hiking
Take a hike on the hiking trail in the neighborhood or head out to the Sam Houston trails.

Kayaking/Canoeing
The Treehouse has 2 kayaks and the Playhouse has one Canoe that you can pull right down behind the house into the water. Fun for all! Life jackets are provided.
If you want more kayaks/canoes to rent, check out www.lakelivingstonkayak.net! They deliver but let us know if they are coming so we can let the guard house know to let them in the neighborhood.
Go Jump in the Lake
Head to Royal Greens Park in the Neighborhood for swimming! You can walk in the water from the ramp or jump in from the side. Bring your floats or grab some life jackets from the garage. There are lake towels available in both townhouses to bring with you. Royal Greens Park is also a great place to watch the sunset.
Shopping
There are several small shops in downtown Coldspring. Have lunch at The Mason Jar Cafe Bar and Grill and then shop around.

Head up to Teysha Vineyard for a taste of Texas wine.

Enjoy s'mores by the fire-pit
Both townhouses have everything you need for a nice evening by the fire! Fire-pit, s'mores kit, and firewood are provided! Yum!
Fishing in the Neighborhood
Fishing is steps away behind the houses, off the dock, at Royal Greens Park, or on the peninsula on the other side of the Marina. Both townhouses have fishing poles in the garage for your use along with some general fishing gear.
Playground
There is a small playground in the neighborhood for our guests that like to play!
Movie Time
There are several streaming services and popcorn for a fun movie night! The Treehouse has provided bags of microwave popcorn and The Playhouse has a movie theater popcorn maker with provided popcorn kits to make plenty of popcorn for everyone! Steaming services include: Youtube TV (also provides live TV), Netflix, Prime Video, HBO Max,
and Disney +.
Games
Games are provided in both houses! There are a few more game choices in the Playhouse but both are fully equipped for a lot of fun! Examples of games in the Treehouse are ping pong table, corn hole, giant Jenga, bingo, connect 4, checkers, chess, clue, puzzles, and more! Examples of games in the Playhouse are air hockey table, golf putting practice mat, wall scrabble, wall checkers, giant connect 4, puzzles, Harry Potter Clue game , Jumanji board game, and more!
Relax and have coffee on the deck!
In both houses the deck face the water and there are coffee makers with provided K-cups for a great cup of coffee.
